About Pleasant Street Bread
We are focused on providing fresh, naturally leavened bread to our friends and neighbors in Westford, Massachusetts. Our breads are small-batch and hand crafted in our c. 1760 historic home in Forge Village, Westford. We source the best possible ingredients with a focus on organic and local (when possible). Our goal is to bring clean, gut-friendly bread to our community.
